Just like a live event... only virtual
Just like marketers can host a live event, the Delo® Virtual Technology Lab provides this same opportunity. We are dedicated to keeping these events as authentic as possible. The tour manager will lead your event, but you’ll be the host. This package also includes premium access to virtual moderation by Deckel & Moneypenny Exhibits and a facilitated Q&A led by Business Consultant and the Chevron Training Team.
A Comprehensive, Interactive Virtual Event.
We’ve taken the elements of a live event that are conducive to online learning.
Attendees are taken on a tour of the inside of the Technology Lab led by the driver and tour manager. To keep bandwidth issues to a minimum, the Welcome Video and the Virtual Reality Engine Fly Through are sent out ahead of time. We will touch on these two stations during the tour and encourage attendees to experience both videos after the event if they have not already done so.
The first stop of the tour is the Formulation Game where attendees have the opportunity to formulate their own oil. Instead of playing on a monitor inside the lab, we push out a link to the game and give ample amount of time to go through the interaction several times.
Next, a member of the Chevron Training Team will explain how coolant and engine oil work together when it comes to protecting your engine. Since we can’t be with you in person to look under the hood, we’ll be using animated visual aids to demonstrate how Chevron keeps you going further.
Our next interactive station is the Services Station. Again, we’ll push out a link that allows attendees to move through each of the services that Chevron provides.
Then, we invite the Chevron Trainer back to discuss the New Delo 600 ADF technology.
The final two stations are both interactive, and you may be familiar with the Product Selector and Benchmarking calculators. When we push out these links, attendees will answer a series of questions based on their needs and equipment. A list of results tailored to each customer based on their answers is populated. Attendees have the option to email themselves their results.
After each station, we will break for short Q&A sessions led by the Chevron Trainer and your sales team, and we will close with a longer, 30 minute session.
